A. EDUCATION

a) To help educate the members of the good character, traits and virtuosity.      

b) To develop potentialities and preserve ideals by percept, for example more intelligent and serviceable members.                                                                 

c) To provide opportunity for leadership, training and service.                             

d) To develop human and spiritual values of life rather than to the material one.

B. BROTHERHOOD:

a) To develop camaraderie among members.                                                  

b) To institutionalize through Alpha Theta Omega by bridging the gaps among all tribes and races toward domestic and international understanding.

C. SERVICE:

a) To encourage the members the spirit of service for the improvement of human relationship in any institution of learning in the society.                                     

b) To develop self-discipline and civic consciousness.                                        

c) To promote the spirit of cooperation among members.
